By using Our Services, You agree, on behalf of yourself and any persons acting under Your direction or behalf, to the following conditions.

These Terms of Service (hereinafter – the “Terms”) govern Your use of Our Services, which are currently available via https://biglook.co.uk (the “Website”). Biglook Limited is the owner and operator of the Website.

By engaging Our Services or using Our Website, You agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, available on Our Website.

1. Registration

To begin using Our Services, You must contact Us directly or submit an enquiry through one of the forms on Our Website.

2. Our Services

We provide services including but not limited to Website Design & Development, Digital Media, Marketing & Consultancy, Product Design, Website & Email Hosting, and Maintenance (Care Plan). We may provide other custom or ad hoc services as required.

Where applicable, additional or specific terms may apply — such as the separate Care Plan Service Agreement.

3. Hosting Terms

By subscribing to Our hosting services, You acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • We provide shared or dedicated hosting via third-party infrastructure providers.
  • While We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
  • Routine maintenance may result in temporary interruptions. Planned outages will be communicated in advance whenever feasible.
  • Hosting services are subject to reasonable and lawful use. Sites containing or promoting malware, phishing, illegal content, or activity in breach of UK law will be suspended without notice.
  • You are responsible for maintaining secure passwords and credentials to access your hosting account, CMS, and associated services.
  • We provide reasonable levels of support related to hosting infrastructure and email accounts. Broader technical issues (e.g. code errors or client-side problems) fall outside our standard scope unless otherwise agreed.

4. Payments & Failed Payments

Hosting is billed annually in advance, unless otherwise agreed. Payment must be received in full prior to service renewal.

In the event of non-payment:

  • We reserve the right to suspend hosting and related services until payment is made.
  • You may lose access to website files, email services, or backups.
  • We may terminate hosting services if payment remains overdue for 30 days, at which point all data may be permanently deleted.

5. Cancellation Policy (Hosting Services)

All hosting services are provided on an annual basis and automatically renew unless cancelled.

To cancel Your hosting service, You must provide a minimum of 30 days’ written notice prior to the next renewal date. Cancellation requests should be sent via email or in writing and will be confirmed upon receipt.

  • No pro-rata refunds are issued for partial service periods following renewal.
  • Failure to provide 30 days’ notice prior to the renewal date will result in charges for the following annual period.
  • You are responsible for cancelling any recurring payments (e.g. standing orders or direct payments) following the termination of service.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any Service for the following reasons:

  • Breach of these Terms;
  • Misuse or illegal use of the Services;
  • Continued non-payment after due reminder;
  • Activity that causes reputational or operational damage to Us or Our infrastructure providers.

Where possible, We will provide advance notice of termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and assets developed by Us, unless otherwise agreed, remain Our intellectual property until paid for in full or otherwise transferred in writing.

Our Website and its components are also Our property or that of Our licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

8. Third-Party Links

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not endorse or accept responsibility for the content or practices of third-party services.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Our Services for unlawful, abusive, or excessive purposes, including:

  • Spamming or unsolicited mass emailing;
  • Hosting adult or infringing content;

Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of Your Services.

  • Engaging reputable third-party infrastructure providers;
  • Responding to technical queries within a reasonable time during business hours.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue or business.

Our total liability to You shall not exceed the fees paid by You in the 12 months prior to any claim.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond Our reasonable control, including natural disasters, infrastructure outages, acts of war or cyber-attacks.
