At Biglook, we not only offer bespoke website design and development services, but we also provide complete peace of mind through a comprehensive Care Plan service, allowing you to focus on your business growth by keeping the website driving your business and your brand safe, secure, and healthy. We take care of weekly updates & bug fixes, essential for security and performance. If anything breaks from an update, it's covered and taken care of with priority. Our 24-hour monitoring means that if attackers attempt to mess with your site, we'll know right away and take action. We maintain and retain backups, logs, and have several layers of security in place.

Our Care Plan services are available to all WordPress website owners and include dedicated and personal support with a team that cares – You'll always have someone to reach out to via a message or call, while also having access to our Project Management Portal. As a valued client of Biglook, you'll be able to take advantage of reduced rates.

When we say 24/7, we actually mean 24-hour monitoring. If someone tries to mess with your site, we'll know right away and take action. We keep backups, logs, several layers of security and while most website owners don't know if their site is up at all times. When a site goes down, even for a short time, that can result in lost business. If your site goes down, we are instantly notified and right on the case!

Performance Monitoring & Optimizations

Sometimes, things happen with a website that can slow it down. One day it works perfectly, but then it starts to slow down. We have daily speed tests, and when there's a slowdown, we identify the cause and speed it back up.

Care Plan

Monthly Support Time Included!

As part of your WordPress Care Plan, you'll have access to 30, 60 or 90 minutes of support time each month for general website maintenance and content-related updates. This can be used for tasks such as updating page content, replacing images, creating basic new pages, adding pages to menus, resizing images, and other routine website administration tasks.

The included support time does not cover new development work, feature enhancements, design changes, or changes to custom functionality. Development work, including modifications to existing custom-built features, custom plugins, or custom themes, is chargeable at our standard hourly rate unless it relates to the correction of a fault or bug that is determined to be our responsibility.

To ensure projects remain manageable and clearly defined, any request to revisit, extend, or alter a completed development task more than 7 days after completion will be treated as a new development request and charged accordingly. For example, if a custom enquiry form is developed and approved, and additional fields, validation rules, integrations, or functionality are requested more than 7 days after completion, these changes will be considered a new task and charged accordingly. However, if an issue is identified as a genuine bug resulting from our work, this will be rectified at no additional cost. Should investigation reveal that the issue stems from a broader requirement, change in scope, third-party conflict, or new functionality request, standard development charges will apply.

Our Care Plans provide significantly more support than many comparable services, and the included monthly hour is designed to help with ongoing website content management and minor administrative updates rather than development projects.
